WHATS GOING ON?
An investor has purchased the property at 28915 3rd Ave NE, Stanwood, WA 98292 and intends to convert the property to a 300 person wedding venue. It has been seen in the past, the investor has advertised this location as an events center, but currently it is being advertised as a wedding venue. One can only speculate that this use specification was intentionally adjusted due to zoning limitations for “Event Center” vs “Wedding Venue” in our area. This Wedding Venue would accommodate up to 300 people every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That is a lot of traffic for 3rd Avenue.
